PROTECH SIL P THERM is able to chemically bond with the substrate, forming a microporous filter that hinders water absorption without compromising the breathability of the substrate. Consumption: 0.2-0.3 lt/m2. The substrate, before applying the product, must be properly prepared to be clean, free of old paint traces, and dust-free. Any biodeteriorating settlements such as mold, algae, lichens, etc., must be preliminarily treated with specific products (Consilex Muffa Cleaner and Consilex Muffa Remover by Azichem Srl). The substrate, before application, must be properly prepared, clean, free of incoherent, detaching parts, and old paints (washable, organic, solvent-based). Any biodeteriorating settlements such as mold, algae, lichens, etc., must be preliminarily treated with specific products (Consilex Muffa Cleaner and Consilex Muffa Remover by Azichem Srl). Provide for the preliminary application of the primer Sanaxil Fix by Azichem Srl.
