ELIMINATES MOLD
The components of the system create an inhospitable environment for mold and fungi:
- SANAKOLL due to its strongly alkaline pH, characteristic of lime-based products.
- SANATEX due to its natural fungicidal properties.
Furthermore, by blocking liquid water and eliminating surface condensation, the SANADRY microcappotto keeps surfaces dry and provides a healthy indoor environment, increasing living comfort.
PERMEABLE TO VAPOR BUT IMPERMEABLE TO WATER
The SANADRY system is permeable to water vapor but repels liquid water. It breathes, but does not allow liquid water to pass through.
IDEAL FOR APPLICATIONS ON CRACKED PLASTER
Thanks to the high tensile strength and tear resistance values of the fabric, the SANADRY system acts as an ideal bridge over any cracks in the plaster, preventing the propagation of surface cracks and thus increasing the durability of the entire applied package, including the finishes.
CONTRIBUTES TO THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION
